1. Definitions

Chatboz: the AI/Chatbot platform provided by PhysCode LLC.

User: any individual or organization using Chatboz.

User-generated content: prompts, files, or any other data created or uploaded by the user.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Chatboz, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.

3. Account and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
• You must immediately notify PhysCode LLC of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

You agree to comply with applicable laws and refrain from using Chatboz for unlawful or harmful activities, including attempts to disrupt or damage the platform.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

PhysCode LLC retains ownership of the Chatboz platform, including all related technology and content. Users retain ownership of their own creations but grant PhysCode LLC a license to process and use such content as necessary to provide the service.

6. AI-generated Content and Disclaimer

Chatboz may generate content that is inaccurate or incomplete. PhysCode LLC is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content without verification.

7. Paid Services, Payment, and Cancellations

Details about pricing, payment methods, and refund policies are provided on the Chatboz pricing and plan pages. Subscription renewals and cancellations follow the terms outlined during purchase.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use Chatboz to engage in illegal activities, distribute harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, or perform unauthorized data collection or scraping.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Chatboz, you consent to the processing of your information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

PhysCode LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chatboz. The total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

PhysCode LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Users may terminate their accounts in accordance with their plan’s conditions.

12. Modifications to the Terms

PhysCode LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Chatboz website.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of VietNam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through competent courts within that jurisdiction.
